Cleveland Browns Stadium is one of the few stadiums in the league that hasn’t signed with a corporation to sell the naming rights. The stadium is located at 1085 West 3rd Street Cleveland, OH 44114 and was built in 1999 for the new franchise’s first game. The stadium contains a natural grass surface and is owned by the city of Cleveland. It cost the city $283 million, a number that looks like a lot of money but was actually quite inexpensive when compared to some other stadiums built around the same time. The lack of construction costs was also passed onto the customers in the form of lower season and individual ticket prices. Cleveland Browns Stadium is located a mile from the airport which makes most travel and lodging quite convenient. The stadium can hold 72,000 people and in four years, almost every game has been a complete sell out. There are 8,600 club level seats available and the stadium also boasts 151 luxury suites. The stadium offers individual and season tickets, and also offers discounts to groups of 20 or larger. The stadium is equipped with six first aid stations and also has designated smoking sections.
